Many of you received your $50 rebate from Allergan based on their 10th Anniversary for Botox Cosmetic, an offer that ended April 30th.  However some confusion might arise if you want to take advantage of the Duets special as well.  So here's your two options, since you cannot receive credit for both programs at the same time. 
Option one is to continue the Anniversary Program, which means your second Botox Cosmetic injection will qualify for the second $50 rebate and a $25 rebate certificate (gained from your first injection).  The total $75 rebate must be completed within a year of your first injection, and you still qualify for a third $75 rebate if you pursue the third injection within a year. In essence, you simply complete your 10th Anniversary Botox Credit without interruption.
Option two is you "transfer" your Anniversary Program credit to the Duets program, receive your second botox injection at the same time as a Juvederm XC injection, and qualify for a higher $100 rebate for the combined products.  That must be completed by August 30th.  Here you are maintaining the same $75 rebate on Botox from the Anniversary Program as well creating an additional $25 rebate towards the Juvederm products.  Allergan is still tracking your involvement and crediting you through the Brilliant Distinctions Program no matter what path you take!
