Dr. Thomas H. Bartell, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Bartell received his bachelor’s degree from Yale, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, and completed post-graduate work while participating in a top-ranked surgery program in St. Louis, followed by a prized plastic surgery in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to returning to Madison (where he and his wife grew up) to establish his independent plastic surgery practice in 1992, Dr. Bartell spent several years in a large plastic surgery practice in the Chicago area.
