Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty
Removes and repositions the skin, muscle and protruding fat of the aging lower eyelid to get rid of those bags, wrinkles, and dark circles. Specific approaches are individualized to each patient, and include expertise in transconjunctival (inside the eyelid), subciliary (just under the lashes), fat repositioning, and simultaneous skin resurfacing of wrinkles. The technique selected is based on the relative skin wrinkles apparent in an individuals lower eyelid. Like upper eyelid blepharoplasty, this procedure restores youthful contours with very little pain, healing time, risk, or cost. And when coupled with upper eyelid surgery, that sad, tired, sunken, or angry look you perceive becomes a thing of the past.
