Transblepharoplasty Browlift
The transblepharoplasty browlift is actually two surgical solutions performed at the same time, with synergistic results. An upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is performed first, to remove excess skin above the eyelid crease. Soft tissue release from this incision up into the forehead allows direct access and release of the lateral part of the brow. This approach to brow release is more direct but more limited than the endoscopic browlift. It is ideal for those patients who have hooding of the upper eyelid, and are looking for a simple way to subtly elevate the lateral shape of the brow.
